Shipping Policy – ALM Perfume Empire

At ALM Perfume Empire, we aim to deliver your fragrances safely and on time.

Order processing

- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout, and a shipping update once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

- West Malaysia: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International orders (if available): delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales events, or due to courier/customs issues outside our control.

Shipping charges

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
- Free shipping may apply on eligible orders (as shown at checkout or in current promotions).
- Remote or special delivery areas may incur additional charges.

Order tracking

- Once shipped, tracking details (if provided by the courier) will be shared by email/SMS or in your order confirmation.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or incomplete address

- Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer details.
- Extra courier fees for re-delivery due to wrong address may be charged to the customer.

Damaged, missing, or lost parcels

- If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
- If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact the courier first, then reach out to us so we can assist.

Customs and duties (international)

- For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
