Chargebacks

Limitation on liability

ALM PERFUME EMPIRE is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

ALM PERFUME EMPIRE reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between ALM PERFUME EMPIRE and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Terms and Conditions for return and refunds:

1. The customers have 14 days to check their purchases. 
2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 14 days of the purchase. ALM PERFUME EMPIRE will refund the full amount without any questions. 
3. The products must be returned within 14 days under the following conditions:
   1. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;
   2. It must contain all tags;
   3. It must not be damaged;
   4. The customer must bring the purchase receipt.
4. After fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three ALM PERFUME EMPIRE shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
